The accommodation has
- three bedrooms with double beds (twice 180 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm),
- a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction plate, oven, barista coffee machine, mokka and water boiler,
- a living and dining room with lake view, television and adjoint balcony with lounge area and large dining table,
- two bathrooms and a toilet,
- an office room with two desks,
- a garden on the lake side and one on the hill side as well
- a garage and another parking space on the property.
There is no air conditioning, but due to the hillside location, the weather is usually very pleasant in summer and winter. All rooms have shutters, which keep out the heat during summer.
Towels and bed linen are provided. Also a washing machine is available.
